Durdle Door is the natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast near Lulworth in Dorset and one of the most iconic and recognisable landmarks in the UK. It's absolutely free to visit even it's privately owned by the Welds, a family who own 12,000 acres in Dorset in the name of the Lulworth Estate, but you need to pay for Duddle Door car park: up to 2 hours – £4, 2-4hours – £5 and £9.50 all-day ticket.
They are several walks available depending on how you feel, short or the coastal walks go on for miles and miles, up and down the hills, but they are all well-marked. I wouldn't stay on the Duddle Door beach because on a good day it's getting jam-packed by the afternoon.
You could also park at Lulworth Cove where the facilities are better: visitor centre, toilets, a couple of great restaurants, a small shop and a cute little beach.

One thing you can guarantee when you visit Durddle Door, no matter the weather, views are spectacular.
