If you’re thinking of adding Algarve to your vacation itinerary, hopefully these photos will help nudge you over the edge. The Endless contours of rocky limestone cliffs,  caves and secret beaches  attract a million tourists every summer. We visited this beautiful part of Portugal in April. Visiting just before the start of the high season means a lot of the bars and restaurants were already open, but it wasn't anywhere near as loud or busy as the high summer season. It definitely has a more relaxed and local feel with it's a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.  The day temperature, although they got a little cooler in the evening, was between 20-27°C which is perfect for sunbathing or exploring. It is also a great time to visit attractions as there are no queues  and you can take pictures without hundreds of selfie sticks pointing out in front of you.
